Terms of use
The short agreement between you and Lugh.
Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Lugh is provided by Sheldon Fernandez, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Lugh you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Lugh.
What Lugh does
Lugh organises travel information. You forward booking confirmations to Your Lugh Address, or add bookings by hand, and Lugh arranges them into trips, a timeline and a map, and can send you reminders.
Your travel provider is the authority
- Lugh reads your confirmations with AI. It is usually right, but not always. It can miss a booking or get a date, time, place or reference wrong.
- The airline, hotel, rail company or other provider that issued your booking is the only authoritative source. Always check important details (dates, times, terminals, addresses, references) against the original confirmation or with the provider.
- Lugh does not make, change or cancel bookings, and it is not a travel agent. Notifications and reminders are a convenience and may be late or not arrive; don't rely on them to catch a flight or a train.
- Positions on the map are approximate guides and the line between stops is not a route.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Lugh.
- Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your Lugh Address is personal to you. Anything sent to it is treated as sent by you.
What you send to Lugh
- Your emails and bookings remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Lugh to you, as described in the privacy policy.
- Forward only emails you are entitled to share. Please don't forward anything unlawful, or use Lugh to send spam or to test or attack the service.
The service
- Lugh is free at present. If paid features are ever introduced, they will be optional and clearly described before you are charged.
- Lugh may be unavailable at times, and features may change. During the beta in particular, things can break; your feedback helps.
- We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
Ending
You can stop using Lugh and delete your account at any time (how to delete your account). We may end the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can keep a record of your trips.
Liability
Lugh is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on information shown in Lugh instead of your original confirmations, such as a missed departure, a wrong date or a booking Lugh did not find. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away any protection or right to bring a claim that the law of your country gives you.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date and email the address you sign in with.
