Delete your Lugh account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Lugh and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account… at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@getlugh.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Lugh account". We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, so nobody else can delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email address and password) and Your Lugh Address
• Every email you forwarded to Lugh
• All your trips and bookings, including the ones you added yourself
• Your notification settings, registered devices and notification records

What is kept

• Positions of places (for example a hotel's location), stored as plain place names with no link to you or any account.
• Copies held for a limited time by the companies that help run Lugh, under their own policies: for example our email provider keeps received messages for 45 days. See the privacy policy.

Deletion is permanent. You can create a new account later, but nothing can be brought back. The emails in your own mailbox are yours and are not touched.
